* Why I use a termite company for termite inspections:
I have held an Arizona termite inspectors license. With that license I can charge for a termite inspection and make an additional fee. However, when Protection Termite Control inspects your house and finds no termites they give you a warranty that entitles you to treatment if termites appear within their warranty period. If they find termites they will give you a quote of what it will take to fix it. That is true value for you as opposed to just an additional fee for me. Ethically I want what is best for you. I can arrange for a termite inspection for you that will take place during my inspection or you are free to select your own termite company.
